Acne is a skin dilemma, very extensive among teenagers and youngsters. Pimples are a lot
caused by Propione bacterium acnes, a general bacterium on the skin that feeds on sebum. When a person attains puberty, his or her sebaceous glands or oil glands turn out to be proactive, secreting excess sebum or oil that clog skin pores and arouse hair follicles, resulting in a series of skin problems together named as ‘acne’. The pores are packed full not only by sebum, but also by dry skin and dirt and a build up of bacteria that deteriorate acne conditions.

Use of lemon juice is an effectual home medicine for acne. One may put on a paste made out of coriander leaf juice or any other mint leaf juice

and a bit of turmeric powder on acne. This is a helpful acne remedy. A paste of turmeric powder and neem leaves is supportive in treating any kind of skin disease including acne. Use of grated cucumber is an effective pimple treatment. One may grind orange peel with water and put on the paste on acne break-outs to get rid of acne. Ayurvedic Herbs and Ayurvedic Medicines for Controlling Diabetes
Followings are very useful for controlling blood sugar: -
Rose apple, Aloe vera, Bitter Gourd, cinnamon garlic, fenugreek, turmeric, etc.
Mixture of half teaspoon full of each of the two ayurvedic ingredients ground bay leaf, turmeric and one table spoon aloe vera gel should be taken twice daily.
The extract of leaves of bael (Aegle marmelos) should be taken with a pinch of black pepper as leaves of bael help to control diabetes.
Juice of bitter gourd (Momordica Charantia) should be taken daily in empty stomach.
A paste of leaves of neem (Azadirachta indica) should be taken daily as it will be helpful in reducing sugar.

A teaspoon full of Fenugreek should be kept under water for overnight. In the morning soften seeds may be taken which is also very good for reducing blood sugar.
