These are the First Symptoms of Menopause

Menopause is a natural process in a woman’s life cycle and it is not a disease. But most women experience some symptoms of menopause that may or may not be painful. Bleeding After Menopause

Bleeding after menopause may happen to some women. It may be because of the vagina getting dry and lost its elasticity as the estrogen level is decreasing. But it is not the normal symptom to get bleeding after menopause. So you must consult your doctor immediately.
