Candida Albicans
Many people think that Candida Albicans can’t get permanently cured, but this is not true. If you are one of those that has taken traditional drugs and creams to get rid of your genital or skin yeast infections, just for them to come back in a couple of weeks, you might think that this is a hopeless thing to get rid of. Well, the thing is, that you CAN get rid of Candida Albicans, but you have to eat it away. Sounds strange? Well, let me explain how this works. Candida is a disease that starts in your intestines and spreads through out the body, yeast infections are one of the symptoms. To permanently get rid of it, you have to eat foods that doesn’t contain anything that can feed the candida, to simply starve the fungus away. The other thing is to take foods and herbs that actually kills Candida. This is, among others, garlic, time and grape seed liquid. You should also take psyllium seeds or a colon cleanse that contain psyllium.
The foods that should be avoided are sugars, sweeteners as well, wheat, dairy products such as cheese, milk, ice cream. At the end of this article you can find a link with more information on this.
At the beginning of this diet, it’s common to feel worse for a while. This is called “Die off” symptoms and is nothing to worry about, even if it can be very draining. You will probably be very tired, dizzy, get yeast infection, bloating and sugar cravings. This is completely normal, it means that the fungus inside you is dying, so it’s good news, really. If you find that these symptoms are coming to heavily and are hard to handle, you should slow the cleanse down a bit. You could stop the colon cleanse for a while and lower the amount of garlic capsules. In that way the process is slowing down and you can handle the situation better. But these symptoms will usually be gone within a week. After that you will feel better than ever, because the symptoms disappear quite early on. But it is important that you keep doing the diet, because it will be some time before the Candida is gone from your body.
