5 Skin Care Tips

Whether you have flawless skin or struggle with acne or other skin problems, it’s very important to take proper care of your skin. Our skin is important, not only because it is vital to life, but also because it is our outer layer, it’s what we show to the world. It is important to keep our skin beautiful and healthy. Here are five useful tips for keeping your skin smooth, acne-free, and beautiful. Each skin type is different and must be handled somewhat differently, but the following tips are universal to just about everyone.

Wash your face morning and night. During the day your face collects dirt, makeup, and produces oil of its own. By the end of the day, your face is caked with invisible grime and bacteria. Wash your face twice a day using a mild soap or cleanser that is designed for your skin type. Use plenty of water, and massage the cleanser into your face using circular motions. Scrubbing your face will irritate the skin, so be gentle. Don’t wash your face too frequently. Over washing or washing too frequently can strip your skin of important oils, which can irritate your skin and even stimulate the over-production of oil.

Avoid touching your face. Touching your face with your fingers and hands spreads oil and bacteria that will irritate your pores and stimulate acne. The same goes with anything that will touch your face. Do you talk on an office phone or cell phone during the day? Make sure to sanitize these items by wiping them down frequently with a cleaner. Do this with any item that will touch your face, as they collect and spread the same types of bacteria found on your hands.

Moisturize your skin. Skin needs moisture to maintain its smooth surface, and our skin produces oils that naturally keep the skin smooth and hydrated. However, washing our faces can strip the skin of its natural oils, so moisturizing your skin is important. Most moisturizers are oil or water-based, and they serve to retain moisture that is already in the skin. Many moisturizers also contain sunscreen, which is an added bonus. Experiment until you find the moisturizer that works best with your skin type.

Use B5 vitamins. Taking a sufficient amount of vitamin B5 is a natural way to reduce and prevent acne. Studies have shown that taking vitamin B5 regulates the body’s production of oil, which reduces oily skin and ultimately reduces acne on the face and body. If you have oily skin or suffer from acne, vitamin B5 is an all-natural way to improve your skin. Vilantae is the recommended brand of vitamin B5 acne treatment.

Protect your skin from the sun. Sunlight is important to our health and well-being, but frequent tanning or spending too much time in the sun can damage your skin. Sunlight can cause wrinkles and sunspots, and it also increases the risk of skin cancer. Sunburns are especially damaging to the skin. Too much sunlight can also increase the body’s production of sebum, which can worsen acne. When possible, limit your time in the sun and get as much shade as you can. Always wear sunscreen. An SPF of 15 or higher is best, and it should be reapplied every two to three hours that you are in the sun.

Skin is not a renewable resource. It is vital to treat our skin well and keep it looking and feeling the best it can be. Use these tips to make sure your skin stays healthy and lovely throughout your life. Treating your skin with care is not only important for keeping it supple and beautiful, but also important for health. Don’t neglect what is arguably the most important part of your body!

Homeopathy For Infertility In New York

Homeopathy is a growing field for infertility problems. More and more people everyday are looking for infertility help in homeopathy clinics.

In New York the number of homeopathy clinics that work with infertile patients is increasing every month. And the reason for it is an increasing demand for homeopathic treatment among women looking to get pregnant.

According to the data from one survey in New York 64% of women prefer to see homeopath or other natural health practitioner for their infertility problem first before they see a Gynecologist.

This data shows that women in New York have a lot of trust in homeopathic treatment regarding infertility concerns and prefer to try alternative and natural treatment first and only if it did not work go for a more invasive treatment offered by modern medical practitioners.

So, what do women get when they go to homeopathic clinics? What kind of treatment do they offer? Is it helpful for specific form of infertility only or many different causes?

After talking on the phone with one of New York Homeopath I found out that homeopathy can be used for treatment of variety of causes of infertility. It can be helpful for male and female type of infertility.

Homeopathy is alternative form of infertility treatment and it is effective because it improves overall health, including reproductive health.

For female infertility, for example, the following remedies proved to be the most helpful:

Sepia 6c, this remedy is helpful to treat irregular or absent ovulation.

Aurum, this one is used when low sex drive and depression are the cause of infertility.

Sabina 6c is helpful to treat recurrent miscarriage.

Phosphorus is for relieving anxiety and stress, which contribute to infertility problem.

Lycopodium - might be of help to women suffering from dry vagina or tenderness in their lower abdomen.

Silica is good for improving overall health to increase your chances to get pregnant. Also it improves immune system for people who often get sick.

Viburnum opulus (30C) can be very good for women with endometriosis to help them get pregnant.

Alternatively, you can use homeopathy for treatment of male infertility. The well known remedies are:

Medorrhinum is used to treat impotence.

Sepia 6c is used to improve low sex drive in men.

Agnus castus is helpful if problems with impotence develop after a period of intense sexual activity for many years. Men who need agnus castus are normally very anxious about their health and loss of sexual abilities.

Calcarea 30c helps to increase sperm count.

Lycopodium helps with erection problems especially for men who worry a lot and have lack of self-confidence.

These are only a few homeopathic remedies which can be used for problems related to infertility. But it shows that homeopathy looks at the whole person and considers the cause of conception difficulties and treats that cause. It often removes the blocks to conception and leads the way to a healthy, natural pregnancy.

Homeopathic clinics in New York offer a great range of alternative treatments for infertility problems. Homeopathic remedies appeared to be very helpful and suit most people.

The rule in homeopathy is to prescribe by symptoms rather than conditions, as each case of a particular illness can manifest differently in different people. This makes homeopathy stand out from all other infertility treatments and make it very popular around New York women.
